The Musée d’Orsay - Art in English
— For the month of July, each Wednesday and Saturday kids are given a tour, in English, while parents are free for 1 1/2 hours. Don't miss Orsay sea-side and The Five Senses. What a great idea!
No reservations but it is restricted to ages 5 to 12. Go to the Ticket Box 15 minutes before starting time.
Commences 11.30am. Entry: €4.70.

Building Atelier for Children - 'Cite Architecture'
— An atelier to encourage children to make their own buildings and discover the different elements of design and construction. Every Wednesday from 3pm. 1.3 hours for 3 euros for ages 4-9. Information at 01 58 51 50 19. Note: Most of the information will be in French.

For the Love of Dolls - Musée de la Poupée-Paris
— A special exhibition of dolls and toys dating back to 1850, one that allows children to become more aware of French dolls, more than 500 will be on display from the 1800s until today. This special exhibition is from the best of the Odin Collection, see their website for more but its a wonderful, colourful and intricate display from this fine collection.

Musée Jacquemart-André – Family Fun
— Each year in the months of July and August there are wonderful activities for ages 4-12 from 2pm until 5.30pm each day. This special sessions allow children to explore the special exhibitions they can also dress up upon entry with masks and costumes.

Workshop à la Pinacothèque de Paris
— These workshops will be in French and will require reservation but if you're interested in something creative have a look at their Wednesday and Saturday program during the 'grandes vacanes' 2pm and 4pm. Make a solider from the exhibition 'Armée Xi’an' and a dragon mask. They even have special Atelier for their Pollock & Chamanism Exhibition.
